Invoice API provides a REST API for generating PDF invoices. The Service includes:

• PDF invoice generation
• Email delivery of invoices
• Stripe customer management integration
• API authentication and authorization
• Usage tracking and analytics

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes

• Generate invoices with fraudulent or misleading information

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is as described on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Payment is processed via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JarvisMax and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Invoice API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
